Great show or greatest show? There was going to be an Americanized version produced by McG (What!?!), but thankfully that got taken out behind the woodshed and killed with a shovel. R1 dvds are finally coming out this summer with extra commentaries by Tarantino, that chick who wrote Juno, and some other people. I think I even read that Eli Roth would be on one. Any fans? youtube.com/watch?v=U0BBvUO4V5o&feature=related

Great show. Have both series on DVD. Simon Peggs finest hour so far IMO.

I hate to break it to you... but they're still trying to get the U.S. Spaced going. Fox passed but that doesn't mean its dead. Both ABC and NBC have hard-ons for UK shows (The American Life on Mars looks painful bad... and that's being nice). So I wouldn't do a victory dance yet. I wouldn't be surprised if it showed up as a mid-season replacement on NBC. (Of course the UK has done just as many bad versions of US shows so it all really does balance out in the end)

Maybe it's because I'm tired, but I totally do not understand why you asked that question.

Maybe it's because I'm tired, but I totally do not understand why you asked that question. I must've been tired, too. I thought the poster was talking about the Spaced U.S. DVD release, not the possible American remake.
