Forced indeed - why, unless there's a gun to your head, or other sensitive and persuasive parts or your anatomy, I see no excuse at all!
*hears gf shout about shutting the damn TV off and coming to watch Sex and the City*
Coming dearest!!
*grumbles* This is in no way reflective of who runs the show, I happen to like watching movies that advocate shoes, consumerism, botox and menopausal talk!

Prince Caspian is fucking awful. I saw it at a place that serves great steak tips and beer -- I had a whole pitcher to myself -- and I still wanted it to end badly.

I thought the first one was excellent. But this one was pretty dull and disappointing. It's decent; just nowhere as good as it could've been like its proceeder. 7/10

Lmao,The first one is good for no-brain watching,AND Liam Neeson is hot, even if only as the voice of a giant talking lion. What?He is.

Lmao,The first one is good for no-brain watching I thought the first one was excellent. The characterization was good, the pace was right, the acting was decent, and the action sequences were good. Narnia 2 misplaced all this and took itself to a "wannabe badass" PG-flick, with lame action sequences and characters you don't even know who the hell they are and the movie acts like you do.

The only reason I even remotely enjoyed the first one was Tilda Swinton. I mean, she was very good in Michael Clayton, but no one is going to convince me her Oscar win wasn't a make-up for the first Narnia film. The second one had two scenes I liked: when they return to Narnia, and Tilda Swinton being a badass with the freaky cloaked animal creatures. Three best performances in the film. Can I summarize the adaptation of Prince Caspian? Did you know Aslan was Jesus? And those who lust after power are bad, bad people? And even the righteous fall? But that's ok because Aslan is Jesus and he's got your back if you believe in him? Oh, and Eddie Izzard as the mouse. That's...about it.
