Anybody else a huge fan of this movie? I love Stuart Gordon and Dagon is one of my favorite films. I just think it has incredible atmosphere and is full of suspense and some great effects. One of the best Lovecraftian movies I've ever seen. Just wanted to see what everyone else thought about it.

I really like this one, too. It definitely is one of the best Lovecraft adaptations. Gordon knows his stuff. There are some truley creepy moments in this one, don't ya think? Those unblinking fish people were some really unsettling characters. And the part where they skin the old guy is freakin' awesome.

I saw it on Sci-Fi a few years back. It was probably the best movie they've showed in the past decade. Ashamedly, I haven't read Lovecraft's story so I can't comment on how well of an adaptation it is.

Its a decent movie, and the collection of odd looking freaks is well done. I've never been enamored by it though. Its an harmless, entertaining flick. I thought there was something missing when I saw it.
