Horror DVDs? For those of you who actually buy them, that is. I love Half Price Books. In addition to awesome rare books, they have an entire wall of DVDs new and used, most of which are $8 or less. As for online, I'm partial to DeepDiscount.com.

When I do buy them it's either random stores that have them for sale cheap, or amazon. I'm gonna place my first order with deepdiscount today.

Good luck with them. It sucks major ape balls that you have to pay like $8 shipping at the least. The major advantage of DD here is that it's free shipping.

I mostly buy off deepdiscount or play. However, when I'm looking for some of the narrower titles I use different online stores, amazon: Violent Shit 3 - Infantry of Doom, Premutos, dvdpacific: Nekromantik 1 and 2, hkflix: Guinea Pig: Flower of Flesh and Blood, Guinea Pig: Mermaid in a Manhole, Guinea Pig: He Never Dies.

I usually buy dvds from sellers on amazon. You can get shit really cheap...only thing is you gotta pay like 3 bucks S&H per order.
I like Deep Discount too, and the free S&H is nice but I usually end up waiting 2 or 3 weeks for the item(s) to arrive.

I stick mostly to Amazon's marketplace. I've no problem buying used, so you can usually a lot of classics for $4 (which includes shipping).

Amazon and deep discount are the only places are shop online.
Pawn shops, Best Buy, Blockbuster, and Half Price Books irl.
Half Price books is good but they sometimes over charge the hell out of some things. I saw Zombi 3, 4, and 4 for $15 each. EACH!!! You believe that shit? You can get all three, brand spanking new for $15. I told the cashier this and he just shrugged his shoulders. "Can't really work up the energy to care, can ya?" I asked him. "No, not really." He replied. I had a good laugh at that. Generally the employees at the HPB I go to are all lazy hippies.

Like I got this set: www.amazon.com/Martin-Scorsese-Collection-Raging-Special/dp/B00062IVL2/ref=pd_bbs_2?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1214760194&sr=8-2 at HPB for $20 new. You're lucky to have lazy hippies. At mine, the workers are either singer-songwriter girls (you know, the dumpy-looking ones with glasses) or metrosexual guys.

I've always gotten my DD orders in 4-6 business days, no fail. Free shipping is a plus, but would you believe that Illinois is the only state to which they apply sales tax? Motherfuckers.

DD and Amazon for online. DD's free shipping is great, like everyone said, but it does take forever to get here. Amazon screwed up and gave me a free prime membership for a year, so I get free 2 day shipping there. If it's something I want quick and the price is comparable, I will order from there. I've used the marketplace for books, but never dvd's. I used to Ebay quite a bit, but not so much anymore. Ever since I got screwed by a guy in China, I have been hesitant.
As for B&M, I stick with Best Buy and Blockbuster. Best Buy because it's two blocks away and I can buy online and use the in-store pick up. And, Blockbuster once the titles hit the three for $10 or four for $20 bin.

I think we are referring to different B&M's here. Don't categorize me with you, sicko.
