Watched it this week, and here's my conclusion: Ventriloquist dummies can no longer be funny or scary.
I'm a big supporter of the Dimension Extreme series because it's bringing us some great films that might not otherwise be released (Inside, 13: Game of Death, Teeth, Automaton Transfusion), but this one's just plain awful.
I know, I know, I shouldn't have expected much from the guy who wrote and directed Leprechaun. Stupid me.
4/10

I enjoyed it a little bit more than you did, but it was still pretty dumb. The animatronics/puppetry on the doll were pretty poor and that's a very important aspect to the film. The relationship between the trio doesn't really make sense and neither does the second half of the film. I found it to be mildly entertaining, yet highly forgettable. You won't lose sleep over not seeing this one. Most people should probably avoid it. Like you said, it's very disappointing seeing as how Dimension Extreme has released some great stuff. I make sure to pick up everything they put out and I really like most of their movies. Anyway, I give this one a 6/10.

I, on the other hand loved it. Though it should have had more nudity. ;D

Oh, god, it was terrible. I don't understand how any person with respect for quality filmmaking could enjoy this movie. My review's here: www.tinyurl.com/triloquistWhat's sad is, I'm a huge, HUGE fan of doll movies AND comedy-horrors. This was just a mess. A total failure on all levels.

I liked it, it was a really fun and sometime comical movie. Easily great if you dont look into it as anything more than it is. 7/10
