[glow=red,2,300][/glow] I have to say House of the Dead for me.....it was just so bad somewhat funny but still terrible. Glad I rented it I would have been pissed if I paid money to see it in the theater.

Horror wise, Alone in the Dark. It wasn't even entertaining in a "so bad it's good" sorta way.
Non-horror, Mario Brothers. Even as a kid I hated that crapfest. What the hell were Bob Hoskins and Dennis Hopper doing in there?

I never had the pleasure of watching Mario Bros. Sounds like I didn't miss much.

Silent Hill, how I absolutely loathe that movie.

I liked Silent Hill. My least favorite is the horrendous House of the Dead.

This is a tough one... there are so many deserving contenders.

It's a tie between House of the Dead, Alone in the Dark, Resident Evil Apocalypse, and Super Mario Brothers.

This is a tough one... there are so many deserving contenders. Not half...the list of even halfway decent ones is a hell of a lot shorter...even movies that are about computer games or virtual reality tend to be utter shite...I mean, Lawnmower Man anyone? Ok, my worst horror movie based on a videogame is: House of the Dead. Boll's done some crap after, but I still don't think any of them touch it for sheer, breathtaking ineptitude. Worst civian VG-based movie: Double Dragon us.imdb.com/title/tt0106761/ - Mario Bros, Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat were all close contenders, but I think people at least had production values (which were gloriously squandered, clearly), but this is just an all new level of bad martial arts/VG moviemaking...

Mortal Kombat? You thought that movie sucked? I thought it was the best video game adaptation, and now second to Silent Hill.

I've got Mortal Kombat to watch soon, so I'll have to get back to you.

I thought Super Mario Bros movie was an interesting interpretation of the game. It's not like they could've been faithful to the game or anything. Could you imagine the outrage if John Leguizamo went around stomping on turtles? Then he has to get the turtle gut of his shoe by stepping on mushrooms. After smacking a floating brick wall with his head, supicious flora appears which he eats. This makes him turn funny colors and get bigger (or does the world around him get smaller?). Suddenly, he gets a strange urge to hoarde gold coins. After jumping onto a flag pole, he sees this chick in a castle. He tries to get to her, but he falls down a bottomless pit. At this point the movie laps itself and starts all over again at the beginning. Hmmm...that'd be a weird movie.
I liked Street Fighter, also...in a Wicker Man Remake kinda way. It makes me laugh, hard. Plus, Van Damme movies are a guilty pleasure of mine.
EDIT: Just got a new screenplay idea...Super Mario Bros, The Remake. I'll get right on that.

I'm going to go with Silent Hill. By the end of the film, I had one of the worst headaches in my life.
